The Vividz is a 1,138-unit serviced residence developed by EXSIM within KL Wellness City, off Jalan Impian Indah in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. It comprises two 57-storey towers on a 2.55-acre site, with homes of 484 to 915 sq.ft. in one, two and three-bedroom layouts above seven levels of car park and a Level 8 facilities podium.

The Vividz sits on Jalan Impian Indah in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, inside the KL Wellness City masterplan. Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil runs past the site and links to KESAS, the Maju Expressway, the Sungai Besi Expressway and Puchong. Pavilion Bukit Jalil is 1.4 km away.

The Vividz is developed by EXSIM Bukit Jalil City Sdn. Bhd., part of EXSIM Group. EXSIM’s first residential project, The Treez @ Bukit Jalil, was recognised as the first green residential building in southern Kuala Lumpur under the Malaysia Green Building Index.

There are 1,138 units in total, split evenly between two towers at 569 units each. Each tower rises 57 storeys, with 49 residential levels running from Level 8 to Level 56 and the Sky Garden on Level 57. Each floor holds approximately 13 units, served by five passenger lifts and one service lift per tower.

Three types. Type A is 484 sq.ft. with one bedroom and one bathroom, making up 336 units. Type B is 689 sq.ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making up 234 units. Type C is 915 sq.ft. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making up 568 units, and is offered as C1 with a balcony and C2 without.

Type A is allocated one single bay, Type B one tandem bay and Type C two single bays. The development provides 1,460 single bays, 249 tandem bays, 18 accessible bays, 40 visitor bays and 26 retail bays across nine parking levels.

Facilities sit on three levels. The ground level has the Physiotherapy Room, Lobby Lounge A, Lobby Lounge B, Grand Entrance, Vividz Walk and drop-off. Level 8 holds the Vividz Pool, Topaz Kid’s Pool, Topaz Jacuzzi, Tanning Bed, Blush Swing, Yoga Studio, Body Builder Studio, Golden Years Gym, Gourmet Villa, Leisure Villa, Social Lounge A, Social Lounge B, Butterscotch Garden, Amphitheater, Chromatic Funland and the Multipurpose Hall with pickle ball and badminton court. Level 57 has the Grill Garden, Serene Pavilion, Herbs Garden and Cloud Lounge.

KL Wellness City is an integrated healthcare and wellness development in Bukit Jalil, and The Vividz sits within that masterplan. Its anchor components are KL International Hospital and The Nobel Healthcare Park. These are built by the master developer in phases, are not part of The Vividz parcel, and are subject to change.

KL International Hospital is the hospital component of KL Wellness City, planned as the largest private hospital in Malaysia at 624 beds, expandable to 1,000, with 25 operating theatres. The master developer has targeted operation for the third to fourth quarter of 2026. It is developed by KL Wellness City, not by EXSIM.

Yes. Units include a ramp at the main entrance instead of a step, a wider bathroom, a graded floor rather than a drop at the shower threshold, and a seating ledge in the shower area. The development also provides a Physiotherapy Room at ground level and a Golden Years Gym on Level 8.

LRT Alam Sutera (SP21) on the Sri Petaling line is 2 km away, and the Rapid KL T581 bus stop at Taman LTAT is 0.5 km away. A shuttle bus service is proposed to link The Vividz with Pavilion Bukit Jalil, The Link Bukit Jalil and Awan Besar LRT station.

The Vividz sits on leasehold land zoned commercial and is sold under the Housing Development Act. The site area is 2.55 acres, or 111,084 sq.ft.

The indicative maintenance fee is RM0.44 per square foot, inclusive of the sinking fund.

The Vividz is estimated for completion in Q3 2029.
